While Table 1 below was generated b/c of the resignation of U of M’s AD David Brandon, the elite-ism of the SE Conference is well represented with 9 teams/schools/brands being in the TOP 20 (45%). WOW! Also, represented of the fickleness of these TOP 20 college brands is the fact that 11 of them have/had negative yr over yr team/brand/VALUE. Furthermore, 5 of said 20 (25%) have negative REVENUE yr over yr and ½ of them have/had negative PROFIT comparing 2012 and 2013 data. With all that said, Table-1 shows ONLY 4 teams yr over yr that have/had negative change in VALUE, REVENUE, & PROFIT. They were U of M, U of Ga, Auburn U & Penn State U. As for U of M’s bitter rival OSU, it grew in VALUE by 31¾%, REVENUE 5.2% and in PROFIT by 58.3% (by far the greatest PROFIT growth of Forbes TOP 20 College Ftball Teams/Brands). Perhaps, OSU should be called the BUCK$EYE$ with U of M being called the FEELING THE BIG BLUE$?!?!?
