The Under the Mike-roScope staff is a dedicated, hardworking group of folks who understand the importance of great research and wonderful idea presentation. The Scope is in its 25th yr of publication (Congrats to us!) and if it wasn’t for these excellent and bright grad students, we would not be able to publish the quantity, quality and variety of info that we do. As the publisher/editor of the Scope it is my distinct pleasure to present our excellent staff. Each contributor has left his mark on our humble publication and I am eternally grateful. Thank you Mr Grove, Mr Hosalli, Mr Lee, Mr Natarajan, Mr Paoletta and Mr Young. Now for some mini bios of these talented and committed young men who make the Scope possible.

Matt Grove earned his undergrad degree at UDM where he studied history and political science. He is currently enrolled in UDM’s Law School with aspirations of a career in civil rights and environmental law. Matt wants to hold political office someday. As a skilled compositionist, he has made numerous outstanding contributions to the Scope and always seems to have the right word at the right time.

Prathik Hosalli has contributed to at least 5/6 Scopes. He is a very bright and engaging 11th grader at the International Academy in MI. Prathik has interned with FinTech of Detroit. He is a skilled researcher and takes instruction very well. Mr Hosalli wants to attend the U of PA or the London School of Economics pursuing a degree in finance. Over the past 6 mos his outstanding contributions have focused on the Super Bowl and “Make in India”.

Yen Ju Lee is a PhD student in Clinical Psychology at UDM. A native of Taiwan he has a lovely wife and a 1 yr old daughter. He loves US pop culture and is a creative contributor to the Scopes specializing in movies & sports. He has an excellent analytical mind with a great eye for contextual and visual symmetry. He is our balance master in making sure that all sides are fairly represented.

Vidhya Natarajan is a world traveled bizman from India with a wife and son at home. He has just completed his MBA at UDM. He has a sharp and very perceptive mind and is exceptional at data analysis. He is a technician w/o peer making sure that we are true to the data presented and has been an extraordinary team member. He insists on as much precision as he can possibly force upon us. He returns to India in Jan and will greatly be missed. His sister Babji also was a Scope contributor.

Vinnie Paoletta acquired an undergrad biz degree in 2014 with an MBA to be earned in Dec 2016. This Clevelander is our Mikeroscope blog builder. He’s a prime mover and connector to our online high school program, America’s Business High SchoolMr P. is widely traveled including places such as HI and Italy. He has made many creative contributions to the Scope. A past president of Phi Kappa Theta, he has used his extraordinary leadership skills have been well used in our office.

Ian Young graduated from UDM with a Biology degree in May of 2015. He is now pursuing a Masters in Information Assurance. He is an intelligent, very dependable and creative researcher. He quickly identifies key trends in our economy and applies them appropriately to our various & many holiday seasons. Mr Young does much independent in depth research and writing and is very productive on a vast spectrum of Scope topics. A family man who loves the sport of hockey and plays it very well.
