Mike contributed to Gina Joseph’s ( a Macomb Daily reporter) report on the growth and development of the Super Bowl, on the growth and development of SB ads and on the value of SB ads increasing in cost 125 times since SB I in 1967. For example a SB ad in 1967 cost $40,000 for 30 secs. A SB ad today cost b/t $5 M and $5.1 M. (That multiple is 125) Similarly a 1st class stamp in 1967 cost 5cents. Today, a 1st class stamp cost 49cents. With a multiple of 125 that stamp would cost $6.25. WOW!
